As an absolute beginner, it seems to select a niche simple procedure. You may think, what the hack about select a niche? Is it really matter? You may tell yourself that I will write whatever I love, whatever I know.

On the other side, as you know something about blogging. You also know that it’s really important to select a niche. and it seems to select a niche daunting task for you. You can’t find where to start.

Niche is a topic. In the internet marketing industry, we are called it niche instead topic.

A niche market is a subset of a larger market with its own particular needs or preferences, which may be different from the larger market.

Does It seem complicated to you?

Don’t worry. I’ll explain.

Niche is a small topic. A big topic like weight loss isn’t niche. It’s an industry. Niche is a small subset of big industry.

The more specific niche the better.

For example, internet marketing is the multi-billion industry. It’s not niche. It has a sub-industry like content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization. Even You cant be called its niche. It’s still an industry.

If you divide the search engine optimization you find keyword research, niche research, on page SEO, backlink and many other niches. Now you called it a niche. But even you can divide it. For example keyword research for business, keyword research for amazon affiliate.

As I said earlier, the more specific niche is the better.

But why? Because it reduces competition, you can give your visitor best experience as you write only for them. As a result, the visitors turn into a customer. Not only that, there is a lot of benefits to chose a small niche.

That’s why I have a dedicated section about why should you choose a very specific niche below.

So the bottom line is niche is a small section of the big industry. The more specific it is the better.

When you understand your visitor so well, you’ll be going to rock.

you know what is the pain point of your audience, what they want to you?  And you give them what exactly they want.

That’s the way your audience find a solution that they have been suffered for a long time.

As a result, they love your content. They share your content out of the world. They tell their family and friend this guy is extraordinary. Follow him what he says. It not only makes you influential but also make your blogging success.

Another aspect you need to see is money being spent online with this niche. There is a lot of a niche that big but people don’t buy things with this niche. For example, bike is a big niche but you don’t want to buy a bike online. Rather you choose the nearest showroom. But you might buy bike parts like a helmet. the  Bike helmet can be a good niche but not bike.

If you find a niche that has some competition, that good sign money being spent with this niche. There is a lot of niches you’ll find that big but low competition and niches that small but huge competition. What do you think about that? I don’t recommend go for it.  You need interest or at least some knowledge about that niche to write better and engaging content. So find something that you interested or want to gain knowledge.

Read some article and pdf. Then you will find a lot of niches and compare with the above criteria and your brain. Then jot down some niche that makes sense.

So you find your primary niche.  What’s next?

Your primary niche is something broad. You need to break down those niches.

Here is why

head over one of them your primary niche in google. For example, you chose weight loss as a primary niche.

So you find some decent niche keyword, now you need cheek competition on this niche.  I don’t cover the whole competition research of this guide. I will just show you how to do that

So how do you do that? Simple.
